Treatment Coordinator
A treatment coordinator is a designated person in a dental or medical office, who's primary function is to educate and coordinate with patients. They explain the procedures and fees to the patients. Coordinate with insurance companies. Establish payment plans. Communicate the patients' needs or concerns to the office staff. All of this is in an effort to free the doctor up to perform more procedures.
